the bungalow was lovely, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. we enjoyed the nice outside sitting area. the location was great, close to the coast, Holt, steam railway, and Stody Gardens. Nicky, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. overall, it exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic stay.
One minor thing was missing.

The outside sitting area was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby coast, Holt, the steam railway, and Stody Gardens. The owner, Nicky, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our 88-year-old mother had an enjoyable break. The bungalow's layout was ideal for her, being all on one level and easy to navigate.
